Here at Nicks Got Your Back we work one of two ways. The first being by appointment. We book 10 appointments everyday from 10am-8pm. It’s recommend you schedule your 1 hour private sleep consultation with Nick at his Playa Vista showroom. The appointment format is there to ensure personal privacy of each client. The consultation will entail a thorough explanation and professional recommendation for any given mattress. The second option is for you to buy directly online. If you need assistance or guidance you can always get our direct attention by starting a chat on the bottom right of the page. Remember there is no risk when buying from Nicks Got Your Back. We have a very friendly exchange policy. Walk in business is welcomed, but appointments are strongly recommended.
The greatest advantage we have here would be our low overhead levels. It’s a basic concept really. Have less expenses then your competition and the cost of goods goes down to a point where competition cannot compete. Nick is the only person here who deals with clients. There are no sales associates, there are no receptionists. There are no full time employees, everyone is contracted. Nick does not pay for any of the costs that go along with hiring a direct employee. Secondly, Nick owns all his retail showrooms. That means he pays no rents, only property taxes. This is a huge advantage given how expensive rents are in the Los Angeles area.
Here at Nick’s Got Your Back, we are a factory. This gives us a huge advantage over a traditional retailer in the sense that we can customize any type of mattress the client is looking for. Any size, shape, and style of mattress is possible here. Any type of embroidery, fabric, materials, and comfort level is possible. There are no limits to what Nick can do here given any customers personal preference. The possibilities are endless.
